He is survived by his wife of 61 years Janet Cronin, two sons, William Joseph Cronin II and his wife Diane and Charles Michael Smith, one daughter; Patricia Ruth Hlawek and husband Steven, six grandchildren; Chad and Jana Smith, Sean and Tyler Hlawek, Jessica and Ryan Cronin along with six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday, November 14, 2016 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Services are Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 10:00 am with interment to follow at Houston National Cemetery.
