William Del Favero

William “Will” Del Favero, age 88, went to be with the Lord on August 29, 2018. He was proceeded in death by his loving wife of 60 years, Norma Jean, parents William and Emma Del Favero, brother Hugo, granddaughter Melanie and son-in-law Michael Keene.

Will was a faithful member of Little York Baptist Church for over 30 years and continued his loyalty and support after the church merged with Loving Word Fellowship (formerly St. Stephens) where he served as a Deacon. He also served in the US Marine Corp during the Korean War and he retired from General Electric after 25 years.

Left to cherish his memory are daughter, Diana Day and husband Larry, grandchildren: Michelle Joplin and husband Derek, Missy Ringo and husband Pete, Michael Keene and Christopher Day, great grandchildren: Andrew, Bethany, Aaron, Zachary, Landon, Logan, Justin, Bailey and Logan, sisters: Dolores Huff and Olga Sorrell, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Will was truly devoted to his family, his faith and his church. He will be greatly missed by his family and the many that called him “Grandpa”, Brother and Friend.
