William "Bill" Howard Rowlands

William "Bill" Howard Rowlands, age 74, of Houston, Texas passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2021. He was a retired Army service member and worked for many years as a Biomedical specialist before he retired officially to spend time traveling the world with his wife, MaryGrace.

Bill" was born May 15, 1947 in Lynchburg , Ohio to Howard Rowlands and Verna Marshall. He is preceded in passing by his parents, Howard and Verna Rowlands, and his two brothers James and Tommy Rowlands. He is succeeded in life by his wife, MaryGrace Rowlands; his children, Caroline York, Patricia Cullar, Stefan Rowlands, and Eunise Rowlands; his grandchildren, Rebekkah Rowlands, Stefan Rowlands Jr., Avery York, Bailey York, Ariana Rowlands, and Gavin Rowlands; his brothers,sisters,nephews, nieces, cousins, and countless other members of his family.

A memorial service for "Bill" will be held Saturday, June 26, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077.
