William Lee Tubbs was born to David Durwood Tubbs and Lorena Elizabeth Miller Tubbs in Houston, Texas on December 29, 1944 and passed July 28, 2016 at the age of 71. He is preceded in death by wife Lorene Latisha Lyles Tubbs, parents David Durwood and Lorena Elizabeth Miller Tubbs, brother Robert Allen Tubbs and favorite uncle Jess Willard Tubbs.
Tink is survived by sons: Harold and wife Tammy, Billy and wife Angela, Keith and wife Nellie, Mike and wife Tina, Herman and wife Becky, and David Tubbs. sisters: Betty Louise Fike of Atlanta, Texas, Barbara Ann Allborty of Oil City, Louisiana, Addie Mae Hale of Oil City, Louisiana; brothers: Jess David of Rodessa, Louisiana and Thomas Vernon of Atlanta, Texas; many grandchildren, and great -grandchildren, and best friend Bill Kelso and family.
