Xuong T Nguyen

Xuong T. Nguyen, born on December 31, 1937, in Vietnam, passed away peacefully on October 15, 2025, in Houston, Texas, at the age of 87.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Garden Oaks Funeral Home. A witness cremation ceremony will take place the following morning, Friday, October 24, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Garden Oaks Funeral Home. The witness cremation will follow at 10:30 a.m. at the Chapel of Eternal Peace at Forest Park.

Mrs. Nguyen was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who dedicated her life to her family. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ngoc Tran.

She is survived by her loving children and their spouses: Jocelyn and Michael Vo, Huy Tran and Minh Nguyen, Kathy and Kevin Tran, Peter and Lisa Tran, and Jimmy and Kimberly Tran. Each of them carries with them her teachings, strength, and love.

Mrs. Nguyen will be remembered for her gentle spirit, compassion, and selfless devotion to her family. She created a warm and nurturing home where love and kindness flourished. Her life was a reflection of generosity and care, and her presence brought comfort to everyone around her. Her legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, and all who were blessed to know her.
