

Yolanda Marie Johnson was born on November 1, 1961, in Houston, Tx. She was the beloved daughter of Robert and Helen M. Willis Ferguson and Napoleon Irving. She grew up in Houston, TX surrounded by family and community, forming bonds that would remain meaningful throughout her life.
She dedicated her professional life to caring for others as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Through her compassion, dedication, and commitment to service, she touched the lives of so many people, patients, families, and friends with helpful advice and remedies.
She is survived by her loving siblings Felicia Ferguson Hill (Michael), Kenneth Willis (Jackie), and Robert Washington (Barbara). She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Helen M. Willis Ferguson and Napoleon Irving; her sister, Deborah Diane Wyatt; and her brothers, Ronald Irving and Gary Irving.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving children: Terrie Lee Johnson (Britany), Christopher DeShawn Johnson, Erica Mona’ Pete Moore (Charles), and Britney “B-ney” Pete. She was a proud and devoted grandmother to Lola, Cydney, Kai, Brooklyn, Corinthia, Braylon, Draveah, Andrew, Xavier, and Dominique, each of whom
brought great joy to her life.
She will also be remembered and cherished by her nieces and nephews: LaTesa, Mack, Krystle, Brock, George, Rachel, Alicia, Jarrett, Alonso, Gayleen, Brandon, Tyler, Markesha, Dominique, and Mercedes along with a host more of nieces and nephews.
And the many close family friends who will forever hold her in their hearts. Her love, kindness, and legacy will continue to live on through the many lives she touched.
