Frank E. Cooper age 72 of Spring Hill, FL. died Thursday September 9, 2010 at Spring Hill Regional Hospital. He was born in Tampa, FL. and came here 45 years ago from Dover, FL. He was an over the road truck driver and an accomplished mechanic. He is survived by his wife Grace Cooper. A brother Roy Cooper of Weeki Wachi, FL.. Two sisters Maye Ulm and Faye Pate both of GA. There will be a visitation at the Grace Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Tuesday September 14, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
