Arlene passed away peacefully at her home Wednesday the 21st of December. She was born in Ada Oklahoma and moved to Modesto with her mom and dad and two sisters at an early age. She loved listening to Gospel music. She is survived by her Husband Carl L. Welch. She had four children two who preceded her in death, Denise Naylor and Anthony Smith. Surviving Daughters Nancy Renfro of Modesto, Lyla Ross who lives in Georgia. She has seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. We will Miss you and your kind and giving spirit. A wonderful Wife and Mother. She is now dancing on the streets of gold.
