Dorothy Marie Bailey, age 85 entered into rest on Thursday, February 18, 2021. Dorothy was born January 3, 1936 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Joicie Marie Skinner and Leslie Washington Johnson. She passed in Waterford, California.

Dorothy is survived by daughter Deanna Slater; daughter Noeleen Carraway; and son Shorty Bailey; sister Brenda Mueller.

Dorothy was preceded in death by father Leslie Washington Johnson; mother Joicie Marie Skinner; loving husband Noel Bailey and sister Sue Bibens.

Mrs. Bailey also leaves 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.

A burial for Dorothy will be held Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 12:00 PM.
