Marian (Mae) Rohse, age 95, of Riverbank, was born on June 6, 1927 to the late Rose Phillips and Salvadore Russitano and sister to the late Salvadore (Sam) Russitano and Vince Russitano. Mae had many jobs in her lifetime, but the most memorable and one she would share stories about was, the jon as an elevator operator while working for Standard Oil in San Francisco. That just so happened to be the place where she met Gordon Rohse. Mae was a happy go lucky gal who enjoyed the slots, bingo, bowling, dancing and singing. Spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her son and his wife Elizabeth Marchis, daughters Roseann Marchus, Sue and her husband Bruce Hemphill and her sister in law Marie Russitano. 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, Rosary at 12:00 pm; Funeral Mass at 12:30 pm at Lakewood Funeral Home - Heritage Chapel. Burial immediately following at Lakewood Memorial Park - Honor Garden.
