Mary “Pat” Smith, 67, of Hughson, gained her angel wings on July 8, 2019. She was born in Compton, California on July 22, 1951. Pat devoted many years of service to the Hughson Unified School District. She truly enjoyed her time working with the staff and students. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, William and Maxine McDonald, sister Anne McDonald, and companion Marvin Smith. She is survived by her three sons C.W. Smith, Patrick Smith and Kevin Smith; her grandchildren Ethan Smith, Ryleigh Smith, Emerson Smith, and Samantha Smith; her sisters Ellen Zensen, Meg Godina, and brother William McDonald. Funeral arrangements will be held at 10 am on July 27, 2019, at All Saints Catholic Church, Turlock, California.
