Mary York passed away at her home in Modesto on December 23, 2012. Mary was born in Dierks, Arkansas on December 25, 1926 to Thomas and Juanita Tallent. Mary is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Vernon, husband, Elvin, and son, Rocky. She is survived by her children, Nick, Penny and Melody, 6 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Frankie. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 2 from 4-8pm and Funeral Service will be Thursday, January 3 at 10am both held at Lakewood Funeral Home (Riverside).
Burial to take place at Lakewood Memorial Park with Reception to follow.
