

Ralph was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose life was defined by love, resilience, and service to others. He was deeply involved in Narcotics Anonymous, where he showed an unwavering commitment to recovery and to helping others find hope, strength, and a better path forward.
Ralph had a passion for motorcycles, cherished time spent camping, and above all treasured moments with his family.
He is survived by his beloved spouse, Betty Lucille Whittle; his children Belinda Whittle, Mark Whittle, Destiny Howe, Autumn Naylor, Jay Warren Christopher Whittle, Tamara Luft and Morgan Whittle; his grandchildren Alyssa, Kaylee, Cameo, Dustin, Jacob, Sara, Shayla, Alexus, Brandon and Nevaeh; and his great-grandchildren Delilah, Isla, and Hudson. He is also survived by his brothers BillyJack Holmes and Mike Blanusa.
Ralph was preceded in death by his mother, Beulah Mae Murphy, and his father, Jay Mobley.
Ralph Eugene Whittle will be remembered for his strength, compassion, and unwavering love for his family and community. He will be deeply missed and forever held in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
A funeral service will be held at the Celebration Center, located at 945 McHenry Ave, Modesto, CA 95350, on January 14, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
