Raymond was an intelligent individual who knew numerous people and was loved and liked by all. Not only was he a Combat Korean Veteran who earned the Korean Peace Medal along with numerous medals, he was a wonderful supportive husband, father, uncle and brother to those who really loved him. He was adored by his step sons Rick, Jimmy, Maceo and Stacey, who called him "pop" and a daughter Judith Algeo of Bremerton Washington who called him "dad". His sister Betty Miller and brother in law Richard Bacon lives in Sonora and he loved to ride up there. Raymond was very ill for a long time but never complained. He is survived by nieces and nephews along with several grandchildren. He was a member of Modesto Moose Lodge, Ceres Historical Society, Ceres American Legion, and a lifetime member of the VFW in Turlock as well as the DAV Unit. He loved belonging to SIRS of Denair and went every chance he got. His wife of 30 years (Allita Algeo) will so miss him until we meet again in heaven where all those who are god fearing and love the Lord have been delegated. He was proceeded in death by two brothers, a sister in law, mother and father and a step mother. In lieu of flowers please donate to one of his favorite causes. We wish to thank Community Hospice for all of their care and concern in Raymond's last days.
