To the family of Dr Deleon my deepest sympathy to all of you.    I remember when Dr Deleon would do rounds on his patients & always made time to talk to his patients & to the nurses.   He was very proud of his son becoming a doctor & would light up when we would ask him about his family.   I had the pleasure of  taking care of his patients at Memorial & the pleasure of knowing a respectable Dr.    May you RIP Dr.🙏🏽.

Dr. Rick de Leon was one of first Filipino doctors we met when we moved to Modesto in 1990 and he eventually became our family doctor. I see him at least 3 times a year specially during the allergy season in the valley specially after retiring from the military and consequently employed by the USPS..I found him and his wife Claire to be kind and honest people, and so are his assistants in his office. There were times when I was at the Post Office at the front helping customers, him and his wife let the people behind them go first, and I see them smiling at me, motioning they’re coming to my retail counter. Not all the time they’re together; sometimes its’ just Dr. de Leon doing the mailing, and vice versa for wife Claire.  He was my doctor until I finally retired from the USPS. Going to his office one day, I was told to find a new doctor, the reason was, he is finally retiring. And I asked where can I find a nice doctor like him? and here I am, so surprised knowing we won’t see his nice smile anymore..Dr Recto de Leon, thank you for your medical and unwavering public service. May the Lord grant your soul the Eternal Peace, and may the Perpetual Light shines upon you and your daughter Nida, on your imaginary travel to the world of never ending happiness, the World Everlasting. Gone, but you’re not forgotten. Our deep sympathies and prayers to the bereaved family. 🙏🙏🙏❤️


Dr. De Leon was our doctor till he retired. He was very nice and listens to us and is a very good man. He , his wife and Belen were all helpful. He will surely be miss.

Requiescat In Pace Dr. Rick F. De Leon !!! Brad/Kabsat in our Greek Letter Fraternity, Zeta Kappa Omega ( ZKO ), you had a good life in this world you left behind. You were so blessed that Claire said yes when you asked her hand to be your wife. Since 1st year of Medical School you adored her and you never let her go. Coming to America for your training and then go into practice to treat, help people of every walks of life was the  profession you poured your time, talents and shared your treasures. You immersed into Medical Politics and you were rewarded, reaching the top and garnered rewards and adulations. You were involved with various Medical Missions but the Sentinel Mission was that thru APPA to Vigan, Ilocos Sur 2006. Our friends and colleagues said that that was the very best and you agreed and I concurred..The people we served were most grateful. Maraming Salamat; Dios ti agngina, thank  you, they said. Your passing thru this world was indeed very worthwhile, awesome!
The past few years had been a real challenge dealing with the big C. You went thru whatever was available with the hope to get better but it was not meant to be. You suffered, your family suffered, your friends and your loved ones prayed, we lost you. Now you are with your Maker, you are home, no more suffering. Rest In Peace brad!
