November 1, 1937 - November 16, 2014
Richard "Dick" Lawrence Nelson said goodbye on November 16, 2014, he had just celebrated his 77th birthday and lived in Modesto his entire life. Richard is preceded in death by his parents Robert & Polly Nelson. Richard leaves behind brothers Tom and Gerry and sister Sue Sitton. Also many loved ones including his wife of 43 years, Myrna and 6 children, Bob, Randy, Ron, Steve, Debbi Partridge and Kari Rose, and those who called him Papa - Paul, Nicole, Jennifer, Michael, Chelsea, Erin, Jennifer, Stacy, Joey, Leah, Greg, Lindsey, Kiana, Kevin and 15 great grandchildren. We thank you Dad for leaving such a loving family legacy, we will miss you.
Services will be held on Monday, November 24, 2014 at 10am in the Riverside Chapel at Lakewood Memorial Park and Funeral Home 900 Santa Fe Ave. Hughson, CA.
