Robert Henry Robinson

Robert was born on July 10, 1955 in Okeechobee, Florida to parents Eddie Meigul and Betty Jane Robinson. Alongside Robert were his siblings Eddie, Terry, and Margie. In 1973, Robert enlisted in the U.S. Navy and received the National Defense Service Medal. He served on the USS Holland (AS-32) submarine tender during his service. After being released from active duty, Robert worked as a surveyor for the following 42 years.

Robert was deeply involved in his community, and was an avid member of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association (CVMA) 33-2 in Stockton, the American Legion Riders of Modesto, and the Alaska Teamsters Local 959 since 2010. Robert became an official member of the CVMA in 2021, earning the road name of "Alaska Bob".

Robert is survived by his wife Michele Lynn Robinson; stepdaughter Desirae Uhte (Luke); stepson Casey Rich; sisters Margie Sapp (Roy); niece Amy Smith; and 6 grandchildren. He is preceded in passing by his father Eddie Meigul Robinson; mother Betty Jane Hullett Robinson; and brothers Eddie Robinson and Terry Branchaud.

A Celebration of Life for Robert will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Lakewood Funeral Home in the Heritage Chapel, located at 900 Santa Fe Avenue in Hughson, CA.
