Virginia Lee Howard 77 devoted wife and mother, passed away on January 29, 2020 in Modesto, Ca. Born in Modesto on June 4, 1942 to Frazier and Margie Sumter. Virginia is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years Dencil Howard. She is survived by her son Dennis, daughters Nancy and LeeAnn, grandchildren Mitchell, Corey, Megan great grandson Desmond and her 7 siblings.
Chapel service will be held at Lakewood Memorial park on Friday February 7, 2020 at 10:00 am with reception following at Virginia’s home.
