Amy's early life unfolded in her birthplace, Houston, Texas, where she was born to Carrie Edmond. Her educational journey led her to a career of dedication and care as a Registered Nurse, where she made a profound impact on her patients and colleagues alike.
Amy is survived by her father, Yoofi Garbrah-Aidoo of Humble, Texas, her sister, Mia West of Chicago, Illinois, and her brother, Omahn Aidoo, along with her sister-in-law, Chelsi Aidoo, both of Humble, Texas. Preceding her in death was her mother, Carrie Edmond, whom she dearly missed.
A nature enthusiast at heart, Amy cherished time spent outdoors, particularly relishing in the beauty of beaches and the companionship of animals.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Calvary Hill Funeral Home located at 21723 Aldine-Westfield Road, Humble, TX 77338, on December 30, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Amy’s spirit and kindness will live on in the memories of those who knew and loved her. May she rest in peace.
