Mrs. Martin was born in Crockett, Texas on May 28, 1925. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and worked as a nurses aid caring for others.
Hazel is preceded in death by her parents, Porter Bryant Ellis and Mary Bell Ellis; her husband Henry Julian Martin; six sisters and four brothers.
Hazel is survived by her children and spouse: Freddie Gilbreath; Mary and Chester Blevins; Wanda and Ricky Moren; Henry “Junior” and Beverly Martin; Sally Doyle; Jennie Moren and Ronnie Wyatt; Pete Martin; two brothers; 26 grandchildren; and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
