Julie "Juju" Palmer was born on June 7, 1961 in Brownwood, Tx. She passed away on November 21, 2015 where she wanted to be, at home in Spring, Tx. She had just spent three weeks in the hospital battling congestive heart failure and COPD. Juju is survived by her mother, Nelle Palmer and two sisters, Carrie Reeves of Willspoint, Tx and Sharon Hughes of Spring, Tx, her "daughter" Destiny Palmer of Brownwood, TX as well as a multitude of nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. She is preceded by her father, Charles Palmer and one brother, Larry Palmer. Julie is gone but never forgotten.
