Lester “Peter” Burrowes, age 52, went home to be with his Lord Savior after a long struggle with heart failure, on Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center, Houston TX. Born February 22, 1963, in Ashbury Land, St. George, Barbados. Peter migrated to New York City in 1987 and lived there until he moved to Houston TX in 2013. Peter owned and managed a Courier service and was a member of the First Church of Illuminations.
Peter is survived by his wife of thirteen years Lavonne, his three kids Tyrese 21, Talika 20 and Trevon 14, his sister Lucia Burrowes, father Keith Pinder, seven nieces, five nephews, two great nieces, other family, friends, and co-workers. He was preceded in death by his mother Garvis Burrowes and grandmother Clementine Burrowes.
The only thing that rivals Peter’s love of God is his love for his family. Peter will truly be missed.
