She married Victor Walker and to this union a son and a daughter were born.
Sherold received Jesus Christ at an early age. She attended St. Luke Baptist Church in Crockett, Texas. Later, she became a member of The Point Christian Outreach Ministries in Houston, Texas.
She attended school in the Forest Brook Independent School District and North Forest School District. Sherold attended cosmetology school and became a license beautician. She owned her own shop in North Wood Manor. She recently retired from Aldine Independent School District.
Sherold was preceded in death by her parents, Isaac Chatman and Florence Box Chatman; her daughter, Victoria Walker.
She leave to mourn, her son, Micheal Walker; three brothers, Lennie Terry (Sharon Kay), Larry Chatman, Sr. (Paula), Isaac Chatman, III; one sister, B.B. Melonson Chatman along with a host of relatives, neighbors and friends.
She is well-known and loved.
