Aron Hoffman

He was born to the late Morris and Freda Hoffman, on April 3, 1930, in Philadelphia, PA. Aron graduated from West Philly High School and received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University, in 1953. He was a member of AE Phi Fraternity at Penn State He was a member of Temple Beth Tikvah B'nai Jeshrun for 55 years with several roles including President, Vice President, and Men’s Club Man of the Year. He was a Fit It Man, Torah Teacher and Reader, Stamp Collector, Inventor and Junk Collector., Aron is survived by wife of 58 years Beverly (nee Weiner); beloved father of Mark and Terry Hoffman, Diane Mintzer & Paul Shinder and Bruce and Huguette Hoffman; brother of the late Saul & Harriet Hoffman; sister-in-law Taffy Hoffman; grandfather of Jill, Holly, Heidi, Jacob, Ross and Joshua. Contributions in his memory may be made to Beth Tikvah B'nai Jeshrun, 1001 Paper Mill Road, Erdenheim, Pennsylvania 19038 and the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.
