He was a longtime resident of Bucks County. Dennis was born on December 12, 1943 in Philadelphia, PA to parents Maitland Hall and Ethel May Walker. He was adopted and raised by Mary Applegate.
Dennis is preceded in death by his wife, Rose Marie Costello and son, Dennis J. Costello Jr.
Dennis is survived by his daughter, Heather (Mike) Fellman, granddaughters, Lexi and Cassidy Fellman, and great-granddaughter, Lana Clair. He is also survived by his brothers, Tom Hall, Ed Comfort, and his sister, Ethel May Bunting.
A graveside memorial service and inurnment for Dennis will be held Saturday, October 28, 2023 at 12:00 PM at Forest Hills Cemetery, 25 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania 19006.
