Dorothy A. Jaggers, 84, long time of resident of Feasterville, passed away peacefully on December 9, 2022. She was born on March 8, 1938, in Philadelphia and was the daughter of the late Edward and Dorothy Walker.
Dorothy raised her family in the Oxford Circle section of Philadelphia. She taught ceramics to neighbors, family, and friends. She was a great friend to many neighbors on Alcott Street. Dorothy was a Food Service Manager at Neshaminy School District for over 25 years. One of her most favorite things was watching her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren’s activities. Dorothy was a devoted daughter, mother, grandmother, G-mom, cousin, and friend to many.
In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, William “Joe” Jaggers, daughter, Dorothy A. Schindler (Jaggers), grandson, Jamie McCann, and her sister, Peggy Sheasley.
Dorothy is survived by her devoted children: Joseph E. Jaggers (Joanne), Tina (Fred), Cathy (Rob), Patrick (Lynn) and Joann. She will also be greatly missed by her grandchildren: Joey Jr., Ashley (Ryan), Robert (Jessica), Tiffany, Shannon, Amanda, Jack, Carolyn and G-Mom to: Joseph, Jagger, Beau, and Brooke.
A viewing will be held at St. Christopher Parish, 13301 Proctor Road, Philadelphia, PA 19116 on Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 10:00 AM until 11:30am, followed by a Mass at 11:30am. An Interment will follow at Our Lady Of Grace Cemetery, 1215 Super Highway, Langhorne, PA 19047. After the Interment, the Jaggers Family welcomes all to attend a luncheon.
