Born and raised in Philadelphia, Florence married William Mason Stewart, Jr. and settled in Feasterville, then Huntingdon Valley. Florence and William were lovingly married 65 years before William’s passing in 2016.
Florence enjoyed spending her summers in Ocean City, NJ, with her family and friends, especially her grandsons. Florence’s perfect day was sitting on the 24th St. beach and the occasional dip in the ocean with her float.
Florence is survived by her son William Stewart of Huntingdon Valley, daughter Cindy (Joseph) Dollarton of Abington, son Andrew (Elizabeth) Stewart of Northfield, IL, five grandsons, Joseph, Sean, Kevin, Christopher and Matthew, and three great grandchildren.
A public visitation for Florence will be held Thursday, April 17, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Lamb Funeral Home Inc., 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania 19006, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM. Burial will be private.
