Frank E Leidy Jr.

Frank E. Leidy, Jr. died on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at his residence. He was 84 years of age. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Frank Edgar and Elizabeth Mae Morgan Leidy. He was a lifelong resident of the city.

Mr. Leidy was a retired employee of the Budd Company, having worked at the Hunting Park Plant.

Frank was an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He served in the Rangers. He was a member of the Roxborough Presbyterian Church.

He enjoyed walking and exercising. Frank was an avid Philadelphia sports fan, especially the Eagles.

Frank was the beloved husband of Martha A. ( Kiefer) for 48 years. He was the devoted father of Kenneth F. Leidy (Tonya) of Guyton, GA and the late Thomas S. Leidy. He was the loving grandfather of Amber F. Leidy of Guyton, GA and Derrick M. Leidy of Northampton. Frank was the great- grandfather of Morgan and Thomas M. Leidy. He was the brother of Janice Patnick, Barbara Long, and Gail Bradly. He was loved and will be missed by his extended families, the Cantor and Muir families.

Relative and friends are invited to his graveside services on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Rosedale Memorial Park, 3850 Richlieu Rd, Bensalem, PA 19020.
