

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Henry and Frieda Kurz.
He was a proud US Army veteran stationed in Germany during the Korean Conflict.
He was employed at Fox Iron Works and then Stur-Dee Steel for many years.
Henry enjoyed playing cards, camping and spending time with his family. He was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan.
Henry was pre-deceased by his sisters Pauline Phillips and Marge Miller. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Edna, nee Hoffman, his five children, Cindi Mallory of Tampa, FL; Tracy (William) Pavlik of Chalfont; Didi (Mark) Ammerman of Newport; David (Jackie) Kurz of Philadelphia; and Valerie (Thomas) Fraser of Warrington. He will be sadly missed by 12 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Tuesday, July 21, 2015, from 6-8pm at Lamb Funeral Home, 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. Viewing Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 9:30am-10:30am at New Apostolic Church of Willow Grove, 201 Krewson Terrace (corner of Nash and Krewson Terrace), Willow Grove, PA, with the funeral service to follow at 10:30am. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery, Huntingdon Valley, PA.
