Veronica M. Calabrese Eddis died on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at Aria Hospital Torresdale Campus. She was 65 years of age. Born in Bamberg, Germany, she is the daughter of Joseph L. and Anna Grasser Calabrese of Horsham, PA. Veronica has been a Philadelphia resident for 56 years.
Mrs. Eddis was a homemaker and loved caring for her family. She also enjoyed crafts.
Veronica was the beloved wife of John R. Eddis for 36 years. She was the devoted mother of Joseph McCrea (Agi) of New Castle, DE and Joan Ann Koch (Karl) of Marlton, NJ. She was the loving grandmother of Evan Koch, Noah and Bianka McCrea. She was the sister of Joseph Calabrese(Nemy), Mary Pitetti(Richard), Frances Walz (Fred). She is also survived by her nephews Chris Pitetti and Matt Pitetti (Jamie).
Relatives and friends are invited to call Monday from 10:30 to 11 AM at the Lamb Funeral Home, 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA. Her Memorial Services will follow at 11 AM. Her inurnment will be in Forest Hills Cemetery.
