Walter H. Douglass Jr.

Walter H. Douglass, Jr. died on Sunday, June 7, 2015. He was 74 years of age. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Walter and Madeline Douglass. Walter was a Southampton resident for the past 50 years.

Mr. Douglass was the founder and owner of DnW Services in Southampton.

Walter was an Eagle Scout and Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 240 in Richboro. He coached Football for the Southampton Knights and several Little League teams in the 1970’s. Walter was a member of the Delaware Valley Chefs Association. He was an avid Phillies and Eagles season ticket holder.

Walter was the beloved husband of Dallas (Pfund) for over 51 years. He was the devoted father of Walter H. Douglass (Karen) of Schwenksville and Jennifer Carbone (Arthur) of Wilmington, DE. He was the loving grandfather of Keith, Matthew, Lauren Douglass and Mia and Caroline Carbone. He is also survived by his siblings William, Robert, Karl, Patricia Stevens and Lynne Pribis.

A viewing will be held from 9 – 11 am on Saturday, June 13th at the Lamb Funeral Home, 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA. A service will take place at 11 am. His interment will follow in Forest Hills Cemetery.
