Steven N. Bowling

Steven N. Bowling, 65, of Warren passed away on November 23, 2021 at his residence. Steve had worked for the Town of Warren for many years. He was also a heavy equipment operator for Star Excavating for many years. Steve was an avid car builder, and enjoyed working on his 1972 Nova and he built his own pulling tractor and was involved in tractor pulling for many years. Steve did a lot of remodeling and handyman work on his house over the years.

Steve was born on October 13, 1956 in Huntington, the son of the late Luther and Helen (Kaylor) Bowling.

Survivors include a daughter: Sasha (Joshua) Hethcote of Huntington; four sisters: Jean (Russell) Freestone of Warren, Trilyn (Teddy Chapman) Asher of Roanoke, Cheri (Jim) Britten of Huntington, Karleen (John) Herring of Huntington, and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers: Cris Bowling and James Bowling.

There will be no public visitation or services.
