Over the years, he attended numerous Red Sox/Yankees games at Fenway Park and traveled to Tampa FL many times to root on the Yankees during spring training. Jon also followed the NY Giants and UMass Amherst sport teams.

Jon loved living in Hyannis and looked forward to attending local Cape Cod Baseball League games every summer. He enjoyed going to the beach, riding his bike, gardening, grilling, traveling, canoeing, shopping online, listening to classic rock and roll, going to outdoor concerts, and collecting Yankees memorabilia. Jon was a smart, funny, and personable man who will be dearly missed.

A private memorial service and burial will be held at Oak Knoll Cemetery in Palmer MA. Jon was very appreciative of the personalized and attentive care he received from the staff at Cape Cod Hospital.
