Richard E. Crosby, 67, of Barnstable, MA passed away unexpectedly on September 12, 2011. Richard was raised in West Roxbury and summered in West Yarmouth where he was a member of Lewis Bay Yacht Club. He lived in Needham and Wellesley before moving to Barnstable. He later served in the then-emerging automatic teller and credit card processing technologies as Regional Vice President of Sales and Services. He was a mentor to many entering the field, especially Bradley Maes.
Richard’s interests included cinema, jazz, sailing, geography, and military history. He was well read and willingly shared his knowledge of history and opinions about politics.
