Theodore Roosevelt Cass Jr.

Provincetown and Ukiah, CA on June 12 at Cape Cod Hospital, after a

brief illness.

He is predeceased by his parents, Theodore R. and Evelyn M. Cass, his

older brother, Leo and his cherished partner, Joseph “Joe” Kelley of

Quincy and Provincetown.

Ted is survived by his partner and dear friend, Michael Caplan, MD,

his stepmother, Joan R. Cass of Wareham , his brother, Paul B. Cass

and his wife, Dorothy of Orleans, his sister, Jane O’Leary and her

husband, Jack of Jamaica Plain and his brother, Neal Cass of Savin

Hill. Ted also leaves behind his nieces and nephews Lisa Jette of

Maple Grove MN, Paul N. Cass of Sudbury, Tyler Cass of Gloucester, VT

and Sarina Cass of NYC and his extended “Second family”- all Joe’s

much loved siblings-the Kelley’s.

A memorial service will be held at 10am on July 12, 2014 at St Peter

the Apostle, 11 Prince Street in Provincetown.
