Gary Wayne Seaba

He was born in Independence in 1947 to Virgo J. (Bud) Seaba and Wanda G. Michalek. Gary attended Truman High School before going to work at Ford Motor Company. He retired after 30 years.

in 1966 Gary married Karen S. Bittiker of South Kansas City, MO and was married for 50 years. Gary loved hunting, fishing, football, baseball, and basketball and trips to Las Vegas with family.

Gary was preceded in death by his wife Karen Seaba, father Bud Seaba, and stepmother Mae Seaba. Mother Wanda Michalek, sister Linda Johnson, and brother Sandy Seaba. Gary is survived by his sister Rita Robertson (David), sister Dee Lowther (Jerry), son Gary Seaba Jr. (Cindy), daughter Nancy Conway (Jeff), grandchildren Andrew Miller (Ashley), Andrea Humbel (Eric), Cameron Conway (Courtney), Joseph Seaba (Tina), and great-grandchildren Levi, Ivin, Lilly, Trace, Macy, and expected arrival of another great-granddaughter in May.

A visitation will be held on December 18, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Newcomer's Noland Road Chapel, located at 509 S Noland Rd, Independence, MO 64050.

The funeral service will follow at the same location from 12:00 pm to 12:45 pm.

A committal service will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery, 701 S Noland Rd, Independence, MO 64050, from 1:00 pm to 1:15 pm on December 18, 2025.
