Ralph ("Pat") Patterson, age 91, passed away at John Knox Village on November 11, 2014. He was the beloved husband of the late Ruth Patterson. Being a proud veteran of World War II, it is fitting that he passed away on Veteran's Day. He was a lifetime resident of the Kansas City area and a member of the Eastgate Christian Church of Independence. He is survived by 2 sons, Marvin(Carla) Behnke, Ron(Laura) Patterson. 2 daughters Ann(Scott) Orr, and Jayne(Anne Murrin) Patterson. 4 grandchildren, Mark Patterson, Lyn(Ajay) Bajaj, Mindy(Brian) Freeman, Krystin(Matt) Knox. 3 great grandchildren, Cameron Bajaj, Anna Bajaj, Braydon Behnke. Services will be November 18th at Eastgate Christian Church 4010 S. River Blvd. Independence Missouri. 816-252-6828. Visitation at 10:00 am followed by Services at 11:00am. Interment following at Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Eastgate Christian Church.
