Marilyn Grace Marsh

March 9, 1941 – Dec 8, 2022

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mom, Grandma, and Great Grandma, Marilyn Grace Marsh on December 8th in her 81st year.

She was predeceased by her husband Dennis Marsh (1988), and is survived by her two daughters Carla Gormican (Jeff), her children Nicole, Ryan and great- granddaughter Lexie, and Kelly Hugli (Mike), her children, Aaron (Carissa), Alyssa, and Emily.

We were so proud of the strong, loving and independent woman our mom was. She was constantly tested with her health, fighting breast cancer three times and dementia over the past two years. Family was the most important thing to her and she fought so hard to stay with us and through all her trials never lost her spark. We are so grateful for all the years we had with her and forever grateful that she was our mom. She will be missed each and every day.

She lost the love of her life at age 47 and after 34 years is now reunited with him.

We would like to thank the amazing nurses of Regina Pasqua Hospital Palliative Unit for their kind and compassionate care in her final hours, as well as her family doctor, Dr. J. Morris for all the years of wonderful care and the staff of Brightwater Senior Living.

A graveside celebration of life with family and friends took place in the Indian Head cemetery in the spring of 2023.
