

On Friday, August 1, 2014, Phyllis Loretta Longeau, widow of Camille Longeau, Indian Head, Saskatchewan passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the Montmartre Health Centre at the age of 78 years. Phyllis is survived by her six children, Don (Trudy) and their family, Nathan, Krissy, Edan and Finn, Tyler and girlfriend Erin, Stacey and fiance Curtis; Evelyn (Ron) Chambers and their family, Sherri, Kayla, Kiera and Kobey, Randy, Kelsey and Riley, Corey and girlfriend Shauna-Lee; Doris (Stan) Clarke and their family, Sarah and Zachary; Kevin and friend Marianne; Lisa (Tim) and their family, Railene and fiance Mike, Hannah; Jason (Jennifer) and their family, Dustin and Brayden. She is also survived by her sister Lucy (Herb) Hodgson and her brother Ted (Dorothy) Baumgartner, sisters and brothers-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews. Phyllis was predeceased by her husband Camille in 2012, parents John and Katie, brothers Victor and Nick, sisters Mary Schafer and Georgina Krushelnicky. Phyllis enjoyed visiting with family and friends. She loved accordion music and loved listening to the Saturday Night Polka Party. Donations in memory of Phyllis may be made to the Indian Head Union Hospital, Box 340, Indian Head, Sk S0G2K0 or to the Montmartre Health Centre, Box 206, Montmartre, Sk S0G 3M0. The family would like to thank the staff at the Indian Head Union Hospital and a special thank you to the staff at the Montmartre Health Centre for the wonderful care Phyllis received. . The funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, 905 Howard St, Indian Head, Saskatchewan on Friday, August 8, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. by Father George Thattuparampil.
