His father, Bernard H. Smith, brother, Wayne Smith preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his memory, sons, Tyler Wayne Smith, Payton Jay Smith, daughter, O'Nielle Fuller, mother, Page Smith, best friend, Kelli Smith, aunt, Linda Johnson, uncles, William Brocks (Martina), Mel Brooks (Deborah), grandchildren, Dorian Fuller, host of other relatives and friends.
His visitation will take place on Saturday, October 17, 2015, 11am- 12pm, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 12pm at Pupose of Life Ministies. His burial will take place in Sutherland Park Cemetery.
