Passed away suddenly early in the morning on July 24, 2013. She was born at Tripler Army Medical Center, in Honolulu, Hawaii on July 7, 1989 to Sabina and William (Tony) Brown. She was a student at IIUPUI majoring in Bio/Chemistry after deciding to switch majors from Business Administration. Brittani graduated from San Diego High School with a prestigious International Baccalaureate degree and was a member of the Youth Leadership Team at the Urban League of San Diego County. She received numerous academic achievement awards and was a top notch student.

Brittani was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents, two aunts, Leoro Saffore and Marvetta Killings and a cousin Valerie Saffore.

Brittani is survived by both parents, her precious daughter, Kaia Mona Crummel, three brothers, Craig (Rosa); Reginald (Demi); and Jason (Melissa) Brown all of San Diego, California; one nephew Antonio; an aunt, Shirley (Curlean) Bryant; two cousins Rasheda and Jarryd Bryant all of Everett, Washington; an uncle, Charles Saffore of Kokomo, Indiana; a cousin Jeffery (Beth) Killings; cousinTaylor Killings all of Kokomo. She also leaves behind many very special friends in both Kokomo, Indiana and the city she absolutely loved – San Diego, California.

Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2013, 11 A.M. at Second Missionary Baptist Church, 818 Aooerson Way North, Kokomo. Pastor Robert A. Lee will be the officiant & eulogist.
