

He was a beloved son, brother, father, grandfather, and friend. Calvin was preceded in death by his parents, Doris and Calvin Sr., and his brothers Thomas "Tommy" Pippin, Steven Pippin, and Monterrial Pippin, as well as his sister Norma "Polly" Corbin. He is survived by his children: daughter Schyton (Robert) Jackson of Atlanta, GA, and sons John Corbin and Marcus Pressley, both of Indianapolis, IN.
He will be deeply missed by his grandchildren, Ryan Little, Aryan Gaither, and Ma'Ryah Scott. Calvin also leaves behind his sisters Tammy Corbin of Indianapolis, IN, and LeeAnn Williams of Savannah, GA. A special lifetime partner Wilma Jean Tally. He leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, family and friends.
A proud attendee of the Indianapolis Public School District, Calvin dedicated much of his life to his career as a cook at Indiana University and MCL, where he was known for his culinary skills and warm personality.
Calvin cherished his time spent with family, especially during family events. He enjoyed riding his bike, spending afternoons at the park, and cheering for his favorite sports teams, particularly the Colts and Pacers. Though his time with us was far too short, Calvin's spirit and love for life will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be remembered for his kindness, laughter, and the joy he brought to those around him.
