Carol E Green

December 28, 1936 - April 21, 2017

Carol E. Green, 80 of Indianapolis, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2017.

Carol was born in Indianapolis to Edwin and Mary Healy.  She is survived by her beloved family; daughters; Peggy (Mark) Rihm, Donna (Mike) Robinson, grandchildren; Joe (Tasha) Rihm, Christie Jennings, Stacie (Jon) Moritz, Katelyn Rihm, two great-granddaughters; Abi Rihm, Catherine Moritz, brother; John (Susan) Healy.

Carol graduated from Manual High School - Indianapolis class of 1955.  She so enjoyed re-connecting with classmates by getting together for dinners and talking about their time in high school and their current lives.  She was a long time member of Eastern Star Prospect Chapter #452.  Carol retired from Kiwanis International in 2002.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and her many friends that she had at Bethany Village Assisted Living where she currently resided. 

The family would like to thank the staff at Methodist Hospital for all their hard work and compassion that was given at the time of her passing.

Mom, Grandma Carol, and friend Carol will long be remembered for her kind heart and making sure that her family had what they needed, phone calls to check on friends and to see what they had been up to, kind words and good thoughts to all.
