Carole Denise Woods, age 68, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020. Carole was born February 28, 1952 in Beech Grove. She was a cardiac nurse at St. Vincent Hospital and a home health nurse at IU Health. She was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church. Carole had a great passion for life; her family, loved gardening and especially her cat Midge. Being at the beach or on the water was one of Carole's greatest joys. Carole is survived by her beloved sons Keith and Brian Woods, siblings, Joseph Boarman, Kathy (John) Sweet, Nancy (Richard) Turner, Michael Boarman, Eric (Cheryl) Boarman and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph E. and Mary Cornick Boarman, brothers Robert and Kenneth Boarman. Services will be graveside for immediate family. Burial will be at the Philadelphia Church Cemetery in Philadelphia Indiana. Memorial contributions in Carole's name may be made to CICOA or the Alzheimer's Association.
