Cecil Ray Williams

Cecil Ray Williams, age 77, of Shirley, Indiana passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021. Cecil was born December 5, 1943 in Muncie, Indiana the son of the late Rev. Ellis and Rev. Cleo Williams. Cecil was a US Army Vietnam Veteran serving with the 173 Airborne Division. He was a Lifetime member of the Muncie Masonic Lodge and loved cars and bluegrass music. Cecil is survived by his wife Sharon Williams; sons, Jerry Williams and his wife Lisa and Steven Williams and his wife Debbie; step-children, Scott Dickson, Tracy Johnson and Billie Gregory; brothers, Gaylon Williams and his wife Donna and Wendell Williams and his wife Jean; 16 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; and his furbaby Daisy. A Celebration of Cecil's life will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 5, 2021 at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary, 1307 N. Shadeland Ave., Indianapolis, Indiana 46219.
