51, Indianapolis, passed away November 13, 2014. Charles was the co-owner of Midland Electric Supply. He was also a graduate of Lawrence North High School. He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley A. Brown; sister, Karen L. Brown; brother, Donald D. Brown; and granddaughter, Payton Newkirk.
Charles is survived by his wife, Bonnie Brown; father, Donald R. Brown; sons, Isaiah Newkirk (Michelle), William �"Frank†Newkirk; brothers, David D. Brown (Luann), Michael D. Brown (Teresa); and granddaughter, Rozlynn Newkirk.
