Corey Cook of Indianapolis passed away on February 25, 2012. Born in Benton Harbor, Michigan, he was 40 years old. His surviving spouse is Andrea N. Hairston Cook.
Service will be held on Friday, March 2, 2012, 12 Noon at Divine Rescue Outreach Ministry. Visitation will be there at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Sutherland Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Williams and Bluitt Funeral Home.
