David William Jobe, 62, of Indianapolis, passed away Friday, March 15, 2024. He was born in Indianapolis to the late Paul David Jobe and Brenda Kay (Thomas) Jobe Baxter. He worked as a Dispatcher/Truck Driver for his families trucking company. He loved sports, especially the Colts, Pacers, Cincinnati Reds and IU. He was preceded in death by his parents; his son Phillip Jobe; and his grandparents, George and Hildred Gardner, Stanley and Eleanor Jobe and step-sister, Tonya Renee Crabtree .
David is survived by his wife, Dawn (Smith) Jobe; sons, Jake D. Jobe and Marcus Acuna; daughters, Jessica Loviseck (Jake), and Alicia Boyd (Dominique); sister Paula K, Able (Robert) and brother, Paul Shane Jobe (Amber); grandchildren, Braylon, Houston, Seattle and Charlotte Jobe and Bria Boyd; his step-mother, Barbara Jobe, step-father, Richard Baxter, and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation for David will be held on Monday, March 18, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Little & Son Funeral Home-Indianapolis, 4901 E. Stop 11 Road, Indianapolis, IN 46237 followed by a Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery-Greenwood.
