He was a member of New Covenant Baptist Church.

Phelps Sr, mother, Adrienne Alexander, maternal grandparents, Alice Dixon, London Dixon Sr, paternal grandparents, Maxine Phelps, Dewayne Phelps, brothers, Andre Phelps, step-brothers, Jordan Alexander, JohnTae Alexander, sister, Amani Alexander, step-sister, YaaJa Alexander, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
His visitation will take place on Monday, June 22, 2015, 10am-12pm, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 12pm at The Rock Missionary Baptist Church. His burial will take place in Crown Hill Cemetery.
