Debra Elaine Cook, 61, Indianapolis, transitioned from labor to reward on the night of April 21, 2017. Debra leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her life, children, Willie Riggs, III, Monica Cook-Moody and Portica Cook; siblings: William Jessup, Kenneth Bankhead, Timothy Bankhead, Carlos Banks, Valerie Banks and Angela Bills; 27 grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends. The visitation is Wednesday, May 3, 2017, 11am - 12pm, with the service at 12pm at Puritan Missionary Baptist Church. The interment is in Sutherland Park Cemetery.
